So I had this amazing flavour combo that I made last year in a tart form but it did not work out the way I wanted to and surprise surprise as a chef I did not have enough time to play around with it until now! 

The blackberry and caramel flavour combo that I absolutely loved has finally seen daylight in a shape and form of a french petit gateau.

I wanted to make it super special looking, for you to be able to be inspired and learn something really cool and creative so I think research for this cake design isnpo took me as long as it took me to prep for it - approximately three days. Hope you will enjoy the cake and the recipes.
